I see everything as an experience, they just manifest in different forms to be designed: from how you use a app, learning about heritage and history through an exhibition, how you open your door, the right type of tiles for a space, when you hold during a phone call, the journey you take to buy a cup of tea, how you figure out your way to the right place, and much more—I’m interested in all that.
